Votran service continues; fares will be waived

Votran bus service will continue and all fares will be waived until further notice, County Manager George Recktenwald announced today.

In an effort to curb the spread of the coronavirus, passengers will be asked to enter the buses through the back doors.

“We have implemented strict cleaning procedures on our buses and at transfer plazas,” he noted. “However, it’s imperative that you refrain from riding the bus if you’re not feeling well.”
